Maritime Properties, LLC is a full service real estate and property management company located in Talbot County, Maryland.  We offer a wide array of services for our clients based on their real estate and management needs.

As a licensed real estate broker in Maryland, Maritime Properties, LLC can list your property for sale or help you purchase a property.  We specialize in waterfronts and investments but with nearly 15 years in the business, we can assist with any real estate transaction.

Rentals

Maritime Properties, LLC manages both short term and long term rentals in Talbot County.  We assist our clients by finding renters, handling day-to-day operations (including rent collection and maintenance) and provide our owners with monthly accounting.  Our vacation rental services include house keeping, linen services and routine maintenance.

Construction & Renovation

Maritime Properties, LLC is licensed in Maryland for home improvements which allows us to manage construction and renovation projects as well (MHIC #124456).  If your home is in need of an update or you are preparing your property for rent or for sale - we can help!  We offer free evaluations and free estimates on getting the most out of your home improvements for yourself or as an investment.
